Let's Get Started

Getting Engaged.....
To successfully travel the road ahead, I want to be sure you clearly understand and agree to my responsibilities and the results you want to achieve. If you are interested in engaging my services, I would want to spend some time - perhaps 30 - 60 minutes - discussing your concerns and understanding how you would define success.
Once our dialogue is concluded, I would provide you with a draft engagement letter, including an estimate of hours and a schedule for project completion, accompanied by some standard terms and conditions. Once you sign and return the engagement letter, we're underway.
A sample engagement letter and the standard terms and conditions are linked here for your review.

Working Virtually.....
To minimize cost, for you, for me, and for the environment, I'd like to work "electronically" to the greatest extent possible. If you have documents to review, I would hope to receive scanned versions or to have access to them online. Likewise, my work product will be provided in .pdf, Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint format. Should you need me to provide paper copies of documents or presentations, I would ask to be compensated for the expense of using a Fedex Kinkos type vendor.
Getting it Right.....
Your satisfaction is very important to me. Otherwise you won't recommend me to other potential clients. If my work product doesn't hit the mark the first time, I'll go back and get it right, at my expense, not yours.
